Randy is a 26-year veteran   in management and leadership positions in Canada and the United States for Trus Joist – A Weyerhaeuser Business, most notably as the President of Trus Joist Canada, and Sr. Vice President of North American Residential Operations, a $750 million business unit.
 
In these roles, he was accountable for managing business growth and profitability and fine-tuned and implemented his unique personal leadership style (and techniques) that earned him; respect at all levels of the organization, intense trust and loyalty of his direct reports, and the results of exceptional performance. EDUCATION

Earned a technical degree in Civil Engineering   Technology at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology and   successfully completed a Randy year   sales and marketing management development program   at the University of British Columbia  
 
Randy and his wife June live in Alpharetta, Georgia, a suburb of Atlanta, and have two sons, Spencer and Tyler both attending college at this time.
